At last the 2007 Bar Exam result came out. Sad to say, my friends did not make it again for the 2nd time. Knowingly aware that the passing rate of 75 had been reduced to 70, still I cannot question why they did not make it.
It is tough passing the Bar Exam because many factors are involved - it is not mainly because of mental concern rather there are other concerns beyond control.
On the other hand, failing the exam for the 2nd time must not be a reason to cease from taking again. Besides, the Highest Court mandated that an Examinee is entitled to take the Bar Exam after 3 failures plus Refresher and another 2 tries, for a total of 5 takes.
Do not pressure them, instead give them encouragement. Thus, if you are at their shoe, what would you feel when you learn that you also failed?
Great work.
